Epicurean Series | Dinner with Award Winning Chocolatier Syovata Edari

Join us at The
Madison Beach Hotel, located at 94 West Wharf Rd, Madison, CT for An exclusive five
course event featuring dinner, featured cocktail and wine pairings with
International Award Winning Chocolatier Syovata Edari.
Menu is paired with selected wines by sommelier Tanya Porcelli.

THE
DINNER
Executive Chef Brian Warmingham and Chocolatier Vata Edari will collaborate in
presenting a curated menu infused with chocolate. The dinner will include
passed hors d’oeuvres and a multi-course plated dinner featuring a fabulous
chocolate dessert.
Each course will be paired with a selected wine. The evening begins with a
welcome reception followed by a three course dinner inside overlooking the Long
Island Sound. The evening concludes with an exquisite dessert.

This ticketed and exclusive event has limited seating.

PRICING: $150 inclusive per person, includes all food and beverage,
gratuity and sales tax.

SEATING: Upon check out, please indicate your seating

CHOCOLATE & WINE TASTING | SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 – Join us at 2:00 p.m. for
a guided chocolate tasting and wine pairing. Taste chocolates from several
different origins including white chocolate and 100% dark chocolate. Learn how
to taste and fully experience the wonders of chocolate and learn about the
chocolate industry. $55* per person. Pre-registration is required. Limited to
25 guests. Price includes a four piece box of chocolates. Date: 9/30, Time: 2
p.m. Duration: 60 minutes.
