Cato Corner Farm, a small Connecticut farm, makes all of their cheeses by hand with raw milk from their 45 jersey cows. The cheeses are free from growth hormones and antibiotics.
During this class, you and your friends will discover a lineup of 4 Paradise Hills wines and the perfect pairing of handmade cheeses. A light dinner will be served.
