The 115th Annual Plant Science Day at Lockwood Farm will showcase the work of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station to study and protect local crops, soils, pollinators, forests, and waterways. Featuring science exhibits, hands-on children’s activities, talks, demonstrations, walking tours, community partner exhibits, and food vendor. The keynote speaker is author and community agriculture advocate Scott Chaskey, speaking at 11 AM. Entry, parking, and all exhibits are free to the public. Gates open at 9:30 AM, rain or shine.
