Yale University Properties announces the grand opening of the New Haven location of Sweetgreen, the mission-driven restaurant brand connecting more people to real food. On Tuesday, June 17, at 9:45 a.m., join Sweetgreen and Yale University Properties for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 Broadway, the brand’s fifth Connecticut restaurant. A celebration will follow from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with giveaways for the first 100 customers, including New Haven art prints by artist Sarah Och, Pizza Grow Kits by Backyard Safari Co, and Sweetgreen mini totes.
