The Guilford Art Center promotes community participation in the visual arts through education, exhibitions, and outreach. The center provides high-quality instruction in ceramics, metalsmithing, weaving, painting, and more. It is a collaborative and inclusive environment for people of all ages, abilities, and skill levels. The Center also hosts events that creatively engage and inspire the community, emphasizing arts education to help develop critical thinking skills, creative thinking, and mindfulness.
The gallery presents juried and invitational exhibits of contemporary American art in all media. It is open and free to the community. Additionally, the shop, open year-round, features fine handcrafts made by American artisans, including an annual Artistry Holiday Sale showcasing works by over 200 artisans.

Sunday, noon-4 p.m.
Craft Expo, held on the Guilford Green each July, features works by more than 180 of the country’s most distinguished artisans. Craft Expo is a must-see summer event, considered one of the top craft shows in New England and the country.
