Grand Opening of Bobbi's Pizza at The Shops at Yale

Join Yale University Properties and the City of New Haven in welcoming Bobbi’s, a new restaurant serving bold, square “Detroit-ish” style pizza!

Created by restaurateur Ankit Chellani and executive chef Bryan Burke (the duo behind Sherkaan Indian Street Food), Bobbi’s puts a playful spin on the beloved Detroit-style pie — think thick, fluffy crusts with crispy caramelized cheese edges and creative toppings that celebrate New Haven’s adventurous food scene.

The fast-casual eatery features a bright, pop-art interior and a fun brand motto: “In a city of circles, be a square.” In addition to pizza, Bobbi’s menu includes smashburgers, wings, fries, salads, and desserts, along with beer, wine, cocktails, and local sodas.
