Mother’s Day Brunch:
-Fresh assorted breakfast breads: mini crossiants and scones
-Assorted house jams and creamy butter
-Fresh fruit platter
-French Toast Casserole: Cream cheese, mixed berries, and local syrup
-Vegetable and Cheese Frittata: Spinach, red onion, and gruyere
-Thick Cut Crisp Bacon and Breakfast Sausage
-Potato “Hash”: Bell peppers, fresh herbs
-Ancient Grain and Wild Rice Salad: Dried fruit, scallions,craisins, fresh herbs, and vinaigrette
-Baby Spinach and Arugula Salad: Watermelon, feta, black olives, toasted almonds, vinaigrette, and garlic croutons
-Crepe Station: Nutella, strawberries, bananas, apples and cinnamon, whip cream
-Assorted Cookies and Dessert Bars
-A glass of Sparkling Wine
