Event Details

Exhibition Opening of “Glory,” at NXTHVN, on Saturday, March 7th, 1:00 – 5:00 PM. Glory honors the aesthetics of everyday survival and the ways working class Black American families have built beauty, community, and meaning inside the walls of their homes. Glory transforms the NXTHVN gallery into an imagined Black American home interior, and a living technology of memory.

A local food truck, Good for the Soul Food, will be on-site during the Opening offering a curated menu of soul food, “The Glory Trio.”

Entry to the Exhibition Opening is free and open to the public. Glory will run March 7th thru August 30, 2026.
