Stand Up with Crystal R. Emery

Back by popular demand, Crystal R. Emery returns to the Bregamos Theater for a powerful night of storytelling and comedy on Saturday, September 20. “Stand Up with Crystal R. Emery” will see the New Haven-area resident, known for her work in theater and film, bring her sharp take on the absurdity of life at the center of the “ism” vortex of racism, sexism and ableism. Emery returns to the stage after a sold-out performance at the same venue in April. WQTQ 89.9 FM’s DJ Joyce B will kick off the event at 7 p.m. with a dynamic DJ set.
