Aesop’s Sound Fables is an ambient chamber ensemble that creates soundtracks to silent films, nature, and unusual theater and performs them at live events.
This program of “Strange Animations” will feature a series of the first silent animated films including Steamboat Willie, The Cameraman’s Revenge, Gertie the Dinosaur, and others. The show will start shortly after 7 PM and last about 70 minutes in total. For this performance, Aesop’s Sound Fables will be represented by Mike Nowotarski performing solo on guitar and vocals.
