The Second Annual Elm Shakespeare Company Masquerade Gala and Auction

The week before Halloween, step into Curses & Cures, Elm Shakespeare Company’s annual Masquerade and Auction—a gala-style celebration of mystery, glamour, and grown-up fun. At the James Blackstone Memorial Library, guests will enter a world of Healing and Hexes filled with dancing, revelry, and one of the region’s most exciting auctions, where spirited bidding helps raise vital funds for Elm’s free performances and exceptional youth education programs.

Gather your circle, dress to captivate, and be part of a night that is as thrilling as it is meaningful—where unforgettable fun, spirited bidding, and generous support help make possible the joyful, deeply human Shakespeare experiences that bring people together and help us see ourselves and one another more clearly.

7:30 – 10:30: The Main Event. The main event features dancing with a DJ, light evening fare, libations, a costume contest, and an exciting live auction at the center of the night.

10:30 – 11:30:  The After Party. Unmask your inner rock star with Live Band Karaoke, savor late-night nosh, and keep the revelry alive until the very last note.
