Nusantara: Six Centuries of Indonesian Textiles

This exhibition celebrates the extraordinary artistry of Southeast Asian woven textiles, showcasing works from the 14th to the 20th century. From Javanese batiks and Sumba ikats to ceremonial cloths, ritual weavings, clothing, shrouds, and architectural hangings, Nusantara reveals the rich imagery, technical mastery, and deep cultural connections that span the Indonesian archipelago.
